Terms of Service

By accessing and using Cringcoco's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Cringcoco concerning your access to and use of our manufacturing services and related products.

Cringcoco provides OEM/ODM button cover manufacturing services, including but not limited to:

• Custom design and development services
• Precision casting and manufacturing
• Quality control and inspection
• Packaging and shipping coordination
• Technical consultation and support

All manufacturing services are subject to our production capabilities, material availability, and agreed-upon specifications outlined in individual project contracts.

Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, materials, and delivery requirements. Orders are not considered final until written confirmation is provided by Cringcoco.

Design Specifications: Customers are responsible for providing accurate design specifications, materials requirements, and quality standards. Any changes to specifications after production commencement may result in additional costs and delivery delays.

Minimum Order Quantities: MOQ requirements vary by product complexity and materials. Specific MOQ information will be provided during the quotation process.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to confirmation based on current material costs, production complexity, and order quantities. Prices may be adjusted for orders with significant specification changes.

Payment Schedule: Standard payment terms require a 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established customers.

Currency and Methods: Payments are accepted via wire transfer, L/C, or other mutually agreed methods. All banking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Quality Standards: All products undergo comprehensive quality control processes including material verification, dimensional inspection, and finish quality assessment. We maintain compliance with international standards including REACH, lead-free, and nickel-free requirements as specified.

Inspection and Testing: Customers may arrange for third-party inspection services. Any inspection requirements must be communicated prior to production commencement.

Compliance Certificates: Material compliance certificates and test reports are available upon request for applicable regulations and standards.

Delivery Terms: Delivery schedules are estimated based on production complexity and current capacity. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, dates are estimates and not guarantees unless specifically agreed in writing.

Shipping Arrangements: Cringcoco can coordinate shipping through our logistics partners or work with customer-designated freight forwarders. All shipping costs and risks transfer to the customer upon departure from our facility.

Force Majeure: Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or material shortages, will not constitute breach of contract.

Customer Designs: Customers retain all rights to their proprietary designs and specifications provided to Cringcoco. We commit to maintaining confidentiality and will not reproduce customer designs for other parties without explicit written consent.

Cringcoco Designs: Original designs created by Cringcoco remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred through written agreement. Customers receive manufacturing and sales rights for their orders but not exclusive design ownership unless separately negotiated.

Confidentiality: All customer information, designs, and business details are treated as confidential and protected under appropriate non-disclosure agreements.

Manufacturing Warranty: We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from delivery. This warranty covers material defects, plating issues, and construction failures under normal use conditions.

Return Process: Defective products must be reported within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved returns will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Limitations: Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or modifications made after delivery. Custom-designed products cannot be returned unless defective.

Cringcoco's liability for any claims related to our products or services is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or market losses.

Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails to resolve disputes, matters shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Cringcoco reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated to active customers. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes affecting existing orders or agreements, we will provide advance notice and work with customers to ensure smooth transitions.
