3. Order Terms and Conditions

3.1 Minimum Order Requirements

We primarily serve brands, wholesalers, and retailers with annual purchasing capacity exceeding $5 million USD. Minimum order quantities will be specified in individual quotations.

3.2 Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, order quantities, and specifications.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon in individual contracts. Generally, we require a deposit upon order confirmation with the balance due before shipment.

4. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control standards including:

• 100% factory inspection protocols
• Electroplating sulfide testing, salt spray testing, and tensile strength evaluation
• Compliance with CE, FCC, ETL, and Energy Star standards
• ISO 9001 quality management system compliance

5. Intellectual Property

We respect and protect our clients' intellectual property rights. All designs, specifications, and proprietary information shared with us will be kept confidential.

Clients retain all rights to their designs and products. We will not manufacture similar products for competitors without explicit written consent.

We warrant that our products will conform to agreed specifications and quality standards. Any defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
